Steeplechase Apartment Homes loves your furry friends! Our community allows up to two pets per apartment home. We require a $300 non-refundable fee ($200 for second pet) and $25 monthly pet rent. Our restricted breed list includes: Akitas, Alaskan Malamutes, American Staffordshire Terriers, Bull Terriers, Chows, Doberman Pinschers, German Shepherds, Great Danes, Husky's, Pit Bulls, Rottweilers, Mastiffs and all "mixes" of the above breeds. Restrictions are subject to change at any time without notice. Please contact the leasing office for more details.
Please note smoking is not permitted inside our apartment homes or in the common areas
