|Recommended: YesI Love Living Here — The neighborhood is quiet and the staff and residents are friendly. The clubhouse and pool and fitness center are top notch. The sense of community here is wonderful. I would 100 recommend this to anyone looking for a place to live and I have already recommended Steeplechase to multiple people, not just friends and family.

|Recommended: YesBest Apartments In Williamsburg — I have lived here for over 5 years in 2 different units. The updated units feel like brand new. The location is central to all of Williamsburg. The maturity of the trees and bushes make you feel secluded. The neighbors are all friendly and considerate. Maintenance and office staff are always friendly and helpful. I could go on and on about how much I love Steeplechase.

Maintenance issues are fixed often within 24 hours. The apartments are spacious. The real star is the overall complex. The pool, gym, and dog park are great amenities.
|Recommended: YesBest Place In Williamsburg — Steeplechase is by far the best place to live in Williamsburg. It is a perfect location to access grocery shopping, retail shopping, walking at Veterans Park, close to William and Mary, and is affordable. The apartments are very spacious and comfortable. The staff is friendly and resolves any questions, issues, or concerns that I have had. The amenities such as the pool, fitness center, fireplace, and dog park are all great parts of living at Steeplechase. Also, the people around here seem to be very friendly which provides a true community feeling.

|Recommended: YesExcellent Community In A Prime Location — Steeplechase is a wonderful community and is near many amenities. The girls in the office are great, and very helpful. Layout is great but entrance can be awkward for large furniture. Having the balcony is wonderful, nice to have a small space outdoors while living in an apartment. My only complaints would be the noise level of neighbors. You can hear people shout from below and you can hear people stomp from above. As well as hear the televisions of those above. Overall it is a nice place to live especially for someone who has relocated to the area.
