|Recommended: YesWe Loved The Property — We would recommend Steeplechase in a heartbeat. It is a great area if you are a pet owner. Everyone here has been so nice and helpful. We never had a problem with maintenance or staff. The whole area is kept up really well and is a great location for anyone looking to move to Williamsburg.

|Recommended: YesGood Community, Great Location, Professional Staff, And Nice Units — It is a nice community with monthly meetups with all the residents, a dog park for residents to take their pets, good unit layouts with different options throughout the community, and a nice relaxing feel while walking around the complex.
|Recommended: YesWe Love Our Steeplechase Home And Management Staff — Cassie, Taylor, an Leah are INCREDIBLE Caring and prompt, they pass along any needs to the helpful maintenance crew who are also prompt, caring, and knowledgeable The grounds and common areas are well-maintained and thoroughly enjoyable. Living here, we are also close to the park and walking or biking trail, restaurants, and shopping. Our family thoroughly enjoys living here

|Recommended: YesLove Living At Steeplechase — We love living at steeplechase The ladies in the office are incredible they are very attentive to our needs, they communicate well, and they are just all around the sweetest Maintenance is SO fast. I can put in a request and they are there within a couple hours sometimes within the hour . We have moved A LOT and by far, steeplechase is our favorite

If I have a maintenance need, it's taken care of that day Am ALWAYS able to park right in front of my building, usually right in front of my apartment They work hard to keep everything clean, and will remind folks to pick up after their animals so we can all enjoy the grassy areas. Very quiet neighborhood, never have any issues like loud music or late night parties going on.

The staff has been extremely helpful since I moved in and are able to resolve any issues that may arise very quickly.

Super assistance with staff both coming aboard as a tenant and at the lease end leaving and I found my home.

|Recommended: YesWe Love The Location Of Steeplechase. — The dog park is what drew us in to Steeplechase. If you have a dog that loves to socialize, then this is the place for you. Parking can be difficult to find near your apartment at times and the ventilation system isn’t the best with extreme heat or cold but we’ve enjoyed our time at Steeplechase. The maintenance team is great and the office staff is friendly and welcoming.
